“Removing the Mask” Survivor Art Workshop

All survivors of all backgrounds are invited to come out for this free art workshop. Participants will be able to create, paint, decorate their own unique mask to represent the experience of a survivor. For many of us, the mask we wear and show to the world does not always match what we feel on the inside. “Paint the Town Teal” SAAM Launch Event

Come out on the morning of March 30th to help officially turn Davis County teal for the month of April! Volunteers and community partners will come together to tie bright teal ribbons along several prominent main streets and hang posters in local businesses to raise awareness about SAAM. “Capturing Courage” Portrait Exhibition

Layton Hills Mall

Throughout April, come experience the “Capturing Courage” survivor portrait exhibition on public display at Layton Hills Mall. This portrait series will capture the diverse experiences and identities of sexual assault survivors from across the state. Each portrait will be linked to an accompanying personal statement from the featured survivor about their experience finding courage to grow and move beyond their past abuse.
