Davis Citizens’ Coalition Against Violence dba Safe Harbor Crisis Center (Safe Harbor) is an independent 501(c)3 nonprofit organization providing shelter and services for domestic violence and sexual assault survivors and those impacted by this violence in Davis County, Utah. Safe Harbor values the privacy of our donors, volunteers, clients, and staff members. Understanding the importance of confidentiality and privacy, Safe Harbor will never sell, rent, lend, share or trade our donors’ names, personal information, or contact information with any entity, including mailing our donors on behalf of another entity.

Safe Harbor’s Donor Privacy Policy applies to all information received from donors online or offline. Information collected by Safe Harbor is kept on file for tax purposes and also to maintain effective communication with concerned and involved community members who wish to end domestic and sexual violence in Davis County. Safe Harbor Crisis Center handles information about donors and donations with respect and confidentiality and no employee or volunteer is permitted to use donor information for any purposes other than those they are performing in an official capacity on behalf of Safe Harbor.

Safe Harbor respects the wishes of our donors and will communicate with donors in their preferred method whenever possible. Donors can opt out of communication at any time by calling or emailing Safe Harbor. If donations are processed through a third-party service provider, such as PayPal or other payment processor, the donor information provided will not be disclosed to any unauthorized third parties.

We are the sole owners of this website and the information collected on this site. Safe Harbor only has access to information that a site visitor voluntarily provides via email or other direct contact. We will not sell or rent any information obtained through our website or any other method to another entity. Information will only be shared if necessary to complete your request, such as purchasing Evergreens tickets. All information collected is kept in a secure environment and only accessible to staff members who require the information to conduct work activities, such as sending thank you’s for donations.
